About the role
The (senior) sales engineer is to manage all sales activities including maintaining and developing existing business and identifying and acquiring new customers of refining services to achieve/exceed sales objectives and goals through both revenue & profit.
What you will do
- Focus on EPWT market, plan and execute all the sales and marketing activities for target battery marker, key components supplier and its value chain, to achieve individual and team target
- Spec-in at battery markers, manage the whole project from beginning to end-of-life, maintain and update accurate project information in CRM system timely
- Collect market information including supply chains and competitors, dig out new requirements/needs/opportunities of application and product from customers and market, create new business case accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams proactively to solve problems and ensure projects run smoothly
- Implement and follow up internal sales process and policy
- Update sales forecast, submit monthly report and complete visit report timely
- Review sales revenue monthly, quarterly, yearly and make annual business plan timely
- Complete the tasks assigned by superior timely
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 2 years in EPWT or Auto industry sales experience
- Good communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills are required
- Capability to work independently with teamwork spirit, open minded, result-oriented, self-driven
- Willing to challenge yourself
- Good command of English both in spoken and written.
- Drive license (nice to have)
