About the role
The Integrated Marketing Communication Supervisor is act as the MarCom business partner to collaborate with internal/external stakeholder to lead the short-term to long-term MarCom strategy development, as well as plan and execute marketing communication plan/projects/events/activities in alignment with the business unit's go-to-market strategy.
What you will do
Communication Strategy & Planning:
- Deep insight about business unit's go-to-market strategy, develop the short-term to long-term marketing communication strategy to influence BU marketing strategy bilaterally
- Develop, execute and excellence the comprehensive marketing communication plan based on marketing communication strategy
- Create the BU marketing communication roadmap, identify and implement relevant online and offline touch points to effectively reach the target audience
- Establish and maintain good relationship with internal key customers and stake holders to ensure collaboration and buy-in
Brand & Product Communication
- Create engaging content that aligns with the customer journey, focusing on generating awareness and nurturing prospects. Ensure content excellence across all channels, including ecommerce
- Lead and manage integrated campaigns to support the business development of the business unit
- Take the initiative to lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts for integrated campaign/event deployment and achieve business goals, market education/nurturing, lead generation or create awareness, manage annual budget with BU marketing
- Take the lead to collaborate with the BU marketing, digital, and ecommerce teams to develop a seamless digital customer experience that generates qualified leads and engages existing customers. Leverage marketing automation tools for improved efficiency
- Develop and excellence sales tools, such as brochures or digital tools (e.g., Mini program), lead the cross-region/BU promotion of good practice/tools
- Act as the expert in the global MarCom community, lead and manage global or multi-regional marketing communication projects
Events Management
- Conduct data analysis to gather insights and make data-driven decisions for all marketing activities, expert for industry trends to generate initiatives based on market trend analysis globally and locally
- Lead and drive the customer, 3rd-party and cross-region/BU events
What you will need
Education Background
- Bachelor degree and above, major in Marketing or Communication related will be a plus
Skills/Capabilities/Working Experience Requirement
- Min 5 years of working experience in communication or marketing
- Working experience in public relationship or government affair is preferred
- Excellent speech and structured presentation skills, capability to communicate, cooperate and influence across departments
- Excellent ability in coordination and quick reaction and excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Excellent skills in event and activity organization and management
- Excellent in MS office, good at Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly self-motivating, open minded and hands-on attitude
- Good sense for public relationship and public risk management
Languages, Certificates and Skills
- Excellent English communication skill in written and oral
- German language is a plus
- Solid working experience in project management
Other Requirements
- Business travel is needed, should be flexible to travel occasionally
