For the mounting of very thin photopolymer plates on compressible sleeves

Product description

tesa® 52307 is specially designed for the mounting of very thin photopolymer plates (0.76mm [0.030"] or 1.14mm [0.045"]) on compressible foam sleeves in wide-web flexographic printing.

This plate mounting solution has significantly different adhesion levels on the two tape sides. As a result, the open-side adhesion is high enough to promote a secure bond to the rough surface of the compressible sleeve, while the tailored adhesion on the plate side provides an exact and stable positioning of the plate without any moving and edge lifting during the print run.

tesa® 52307 remains secure while demounting thin plates from compressible sleeves and can be removed afterwards easily and without residues.

Due to the different compressible coatings that are are available on the market (rubber, foam, PU) it is recommended to make individual application tests with tesa® 52307 before entering full production.
