A MESSAGE TO OUR UK CUSTOMERS REGARDING COVID-19
With the developing situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) we wanted to take a moment to inform you of our approach to manage and maintain a fully operational business while taking the necessary precautions to protect our staff, wholesalers and customers.
At tesa, we are aware that there are many unanswerable questions, but we want to reassure you that delivering the highest quality technical adhesive tapes and self-adhesive system solutions to meet demand will remain our priority whilst protecting our staff through these challenging times.
As you may know, tesa adhesive tapes are produced at our dedicated manufacturing facilities across the world. Our factories remain open and production is continuing with limited staff and extra measures in place to protect their wellbeing. We have also taken steps to ensure we have ample stock here in the UK.
As ever, our top priority remains the health and safety of our customers, employees and business partners. We are monitoring the situation closely and adapting our service, accordingly, following the guidelines and recommendations set out by Public Health England, the wider UK Government and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
All of our office-based employees are currently working from home. We have also restricted any face-to-face meetings with our business partners to limit social contact as much as possible, following the current recommended guidelines. We are confident that any product and technical support will continue to be provided as quickly as possible.
As the situation changes, we may need to adapt our business operations further. We will continue to keep you informed of any changes that may have an impact.
