Product description

tesa® 50118 PV3 is a 540 µm PET fleece tape with a water-based acrylic adhesive, suited for various automotive interior applications, such as cable mounting and BSR (buzz, squeak, rattle) prevention. Due to its low VOC property, tesa® 50118 PV3 is designed to meet automotive interior requirements. It offers high adhesion strength on critical surfaces, including nonpolar and rough substrates. In addition, this product features a new recycled (PCR) PET liner. tesa® 50118 PV3 is available in black and white, can be die-cut, and is suitable for automatic dispensers.

Application Fields

tesa® 50118 PV3 is ideal for securing cables and wire harnesses on various components within a car. It provides quick, secure fixation for flat and round cables while also offering excellent damping properties for BSR prevention.

  • BSR prevention in doors, dashboards, display frames, seat belt buckles, and more
