Product description
tesa® 4216 is a thin and flexible, PVC-free fineline tape with an acrylic adhesive and is designed for two-tone car body applications during OEM paint shop processes. The low thickness helps to give fine and exact color split lines in visible areas, such as the inner side of the car roof frame.
The soft backing of tesa® 4216 allows the tape to be applied on narrow shapes or curves. With a temperature resistance of 80°C/1h, tesa® 4216 can also withstand low temperature paint shops, can be used for wet-demasking processes or as surface protection tape.
Standardized and customized applicators for tesa® 4216 are available to ensure efficient tape application.
