High-temperature fineline tape for design painting in the automotive paint shop
tesa® 4185 is a flexible, high-temperature-resistant PVC fineline tape with a natural rubber adhesive. It is engineered for 2-tone masking applications during OEM paint shop processes. This tape enables precise and fine split lines in visible areas, such as the inner side of the roof frame. The soft PVC backing enables reliable application on narrow contours and curved surfaces. To support efficient processing, both standardized and customized applicators are available.
