tesa® 4244 PV2
Highly adhesive fineline tape for design painting
Product Features- Temperature resistance of up to 140°C/1h
- Conformability with the dimensional change during oven drying
- Good conformability with multidimensional surfaces
Product description
tesa® 4244 PV2 is a soft PVC tape with a natural rubber adhesive for fineline masking applications. In contrast to other soft PVC tapes from the tesa® masking assortment, it offers higher tensile strength, allowing a very reliable demasking performance without tape breakage.
Furthermore, tesa® 4244 PV2 possesses a higher adhesive coating weight, thus allowing safe bonding to rough-textured or uneven surfaces. The temperature resistance of 120°C/1h allows the use of tesa® 4244 PV2 in medium-temperature applications, such as bumper masking.
Standardized and customized applicators for tesa® 4244 PV2 are available to ensure efficient tape application.
