ProceedDouble-sided non-woven tapes are tearable by hand. Their relatively low total thickness means they can conform to slightly irregular surfaces.
tesa double sided non-woven tapes (sometimes referred to as double sided tissue tapes) are thin, conformable to irregular surfaces and translucent often allowing the substrate to be visible through the tape. They are hand-tearable making them ideal for manual applications - especially those with synthetic rubber adhesives - but cannot be repositioned if applied incorrectly. Combined with an acrylic adhesive they can be temperature resistant up to 200ºC for short periods which makes them ideal for splicing, for example in the corrugator industry
