tesa® Mounting Tape for Wallpaper & Plaster 10 kg/m has been developed specifically for permanent mounting of light objects like skirting boards on textured and sensitive surfaces. It's special formula compensates for minor surface irregularities, it’s super easy to use – you don’t need any tools other than a pair of scissors – and ensures a durable, strong hold. Under optimum conditions and depending on your surfaces' strength, a single 10-cm strip can hold up to 1 kg.

What surfaces can’t I use Mounting Tape for Wallpaper & Plaster on?
Non-stick surfaces like silicon, stain resistant paint and PTFE are a problem for almost all adhesives – and this Mounting Tape is no different. It is also ineffective on vinyl wallpaper.
How much weight can Mounting Tape for Wallpaper & Plaster bear?
This tape is perfect for mounting on sensitive surfaces like wallpaper and plaster. Under ideal conditions a 10cm strip can support up to 1kg of a 10mm flat-backed object.
What’s the deal with Mounting Tape for Plaster & Wallpaper?
Delicate surfaces like wallpaper can be, well – delicate. This mounting tape has been developed to be as strong as your wallpaper or plaster, so whatever you’re mounting, it’s up to the job. It’s perfect for flat objects up to 1cm thick and a single 10cm strip can support up to 1kg. The holding power depends on the load-bearing capacity of the surface, so please check this before application. It’s not suitable for applications on vinyl wallpaper or damp rooms. Temperatures under 10°C or over 40°C reduce the tape’s adhesive power.
