Pillow Covers

Take a look at these stylish sofa pillows - they are decorated with shiny golden autumn leaves. They are applied to the pillow covers with stencils and textile colours. It's very easy, and it looks great.

We need:

Different pillow covers in grey tones

stencils with leaf motifs

textile dye in gold

stippling brush

bristle brush

scissors

small colour bowl

How we do it:

Collect all items and let's start!

Decide how the leaves are to be distributed on the pillow cover, then fix the stencils with the masking tape. Place a paper sheet between the fabric layers, so the ink won't bleed through. Now apply the paint with the stippling brush. Remove the stencil and allow to dry.

Mask off stripes on the pillow.

Fill the spaces with the gold textile Colour.

Allow to dry and remove the masking tape. Continue further treatment of the pillow cover according to the instructions of the paint manufacturer.
