Cycle Count Administrator (3rd shift)

The Cycle Count Administrator on 3rd shift will ensure accurate inventory through routine cycle counts and reconciliations. This role investigates discrepancies, drives corrective actions, and upholds safety and good manufacturing practices.

How you'll help the formula:

Perform scheduled cycle counts of inventory items to verify accuracy against system records
Inventory Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, coordinating with warehouse, procurement, and accounting teams as needed
Maintain accurate inventory in WMS/ERP systems and generate reports on accuracy, variances, and trends
Identify opportunities to improve inventory control processes and suggest best practices to reduce variances
Ensure compliance with inventory policies, standards, and regulations, support audits
Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and management to ensure accurate stock handling and reporting
Process stock adjustments in the system based on count results and authorized approvals
Conduct detailed analysis of recurring inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions to prevent future issues
Develop weekly bin check schedules and track accuracy by material handler
Performs other related duties as required

Key elements for your role:

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s or higher degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations
Proficient in inventory systems (WMS, ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office tools, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting is critical
Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of supply chain principles and warehouse operations
Physical ability to conduct manual cycle counts, including lifting and moving inventory items when necessary
- Ability to lift 50lbs

Skill-based pay - when you gain new skills by learning a new machine, your pay rate is increased
Quarterly bonus - up to 12% of gross earnings per quarter, effective immediately
Opportunity for OT - when you sign up and work OT, it increases your quarterly bonus
401(k) - tesa contributes up to 7% of gross annual earnings to eligible employees' 401(k) in addition to the 50% match up to 6%.
- That means, if you put in 6%, you get 10% more from tesa, subject to plan rules
