Product description
tesa® 51638 is a tape for wire harness covering that is applied on passenger compartment harnesses. It combines important features as noise damping, abrasion resistance and bundling strength while keeping harnesses flexible, therefore supporting an easy harness assembly process at the OEM.
tesa® 51638 is a PET fleece wire harness tape with a water-based acrylic adhesive that is optimized for manual application.

Application Fields
tesa® 51638 is designed to provide good noise damping and secure bundling performances on the harness. The tape is mainly applied on harnesses for the passenger compartment, and the harness remains flexible after applying the tape.
