Product description

tesa Supersleeve® 51036 PV77 Flat Sleeve is a PET cloth wire harness Sleeve® with a solvent-free advanced acrylic adhesive and dual PE spines. It provides superior abrasion protection while helping transition round bundles into flat, providing increased flexibility, passage, and routing within the vehicle.

Its acrylic adhesive is compatible with new halogen-free cable jacketing materials (PE/PP) and provides enhanced durability at high temperature. tesa Supersleeve® 51036 PV77 Flat Sleeve is specifically designed for easy and efficient lengthwise application. The Supersleeve® product construction ensures minimum adhesive contact with the wires to provide maximum harness flexibility.

Customized length-specific cutting for fast and clean application.

tesa Supersleeve® 51036 PV77 has been developed for bundling wire harness areas subject to exacting requirements for temperature and abrasion resistance as well as harness flexibility and shape transformation from round to flat. The main application fields are harnesses in the automotive passenger compartment.
