The London-based company FormFormForm Ltd. will be a fully owned subsidiary of tesa SE, the manufacturer of adhesive tapes and self-adhesive system solutions, which is one of the world market leaders in the sector, strengthens its market position in self-adhesive products for consumers.

FormFormForm Ltd. holds all rights to the eponymous, internationally patented mounting solution with the brand name Sugru®. It is an easy-to-use and versatile, kneadable and malleable special adhesive based on silicone. The mass has a very high temperature resistance and is unaffected by chemical influences. It offers a strong hold even under extreme conditions of use, and yet it always remains flexible. Sugru® is available in different colours, and the application possibilities range from mounting and bonding to sealing of tears and cracks, insulation, protection or marking.
In 2017, FormFormForm Ltd. achieved sales of 5.6 million Euro with around 60 employees. More than 50 percent of its sales were realised online. Furthermore, Sugru® sells its products in retail outlets in Europe, USA, and Canada.
