Product description

tesa® ACXplus 73808 seal line is a gray, 0,8mm heat activatable acrylic tape for permanent mounting of seals, mainly focus on automotive clear coat & windows coating. It has a heat -activeatable adhesive on the non-liner side , which is activated by hot air or near infrared when applying it onto PP/EPDM, PP, TPV or TPE seal.
By introducing a specifical adhesive layer at the liner side, tesa® ACXplus 73808 can be used on various automotive clearcoats & coating on the windows without the use of adhesive promotors. The acrylic foam core ensures outstanding dimension stability even at high temperature and loads, at the same time, by its viscoelastic properties, tesa® ACXplus 73808 sunroof seal line absorbs and dissipates dynamic and static loads.

tesa® ACXplus 73808 Seal Line can be widely used for all kinds of demanding automotive seal applications within a temperature range of -40 °C to 90 °C.
