ERP System Upgrade Effective 1 June 2026
Temporary Changes to Order and Delivery Processes – May 2026
As previously communicated, we are upgrading our ERP system to further enhance the service we provide. Please find below the more detailed information regarding downtime and ordering deadlines.
As this is a significant system upgrade, a planned ERP system downtime will take place from Tuesday, 26th May through Sunday, 31st May 2026. During this period, our ERP systems will be unavailable, and our warehouses will be closed.
To minimise disruption to your operations, please note the following impacts and recommendations:
- No new orders can be processed, and existing orders cannot be amended during the downtime.
- Orders may continue to be submitted and will be processed once the system is live again, from 1st June 2026 .No deliveries or collection of goods will be possible during the downtime period.
- Limited deliveries are expected to resume from Monday 1st June with a full standard delivery schedule from Tuesday 2 June 2026:
To support delivery planning ahead of the downtime, we kindly ask that you observe the following order cut-off dates.
- Last order entry for immediate processing: Thursday, 21st May 12.00 noon
- Central Germany warehouse stock : by 8th May at 13:00
- Made-to-order stock: by 20th April at 14:00
