Last year, the company invested in a new Miraflex printing press, the second in two years. In addition to high print quality, the company sets high standards in optimal process management, resource conservation and product sustainability. During production for example, alesco Folien GmbH & Co. KG not only recycles waste, but continuously works on developing films from renewable raw materials. This is why it was so important for the company to find a supplier that supports sustainability and process optimization. tesa SE is the perfect fit, they offer a variety of adhesive systems and technical expertise and are well positioned to respond to the process requirements in the printing sector.

“Both technologies  tesa® Softprint plate mounting tape   and  tesa® Twinlock   are now being used in the plant in Langerwehe,” states Ralf Schories, Managing Director of alesco Folien GmbH & Co. KG. “With tesa® Twinlock it was not only the potential ROI, thanks to the time and material savings that convinced us, but also the high-quality print results. Our initial investment in tesa® Twinlock technology helps us make optimal use of our overall assembly and printing machine system. We have also achieved an important objective for sustainability by reducing waste.”

Together, alesco and tesa look forward to the positive impact they can make to further promote sustainable and efficient printing processes.
