Our new plate mounting solution that offers secure bonding throughout the entire process
When looking at mounting tape related processes at a flexo printer, we find three main steps that have to perform error-free to ensure efficiency targets can be met:

2. Uninterrupted print runs with securely mounted plates
3. Smooth and easy plate and tape demounting
This results in the following requirements for your plate mounting adhesive:
- A balanced tack of your adhesive, so that you can easily reposition a plate if needed during plate mounting
- During printing, you want a secure and strong bond, to keep plate edges down
- Once you are done printing, you want that strong bond to easily release to ensure a fast process and especially to avoid damage to the plate
Lower risk of edge lifting in the process or on demanding conditions ensures reliable print jobs and consistently high print quality in daily operations.

The micro channel structure of our Easy Application (EA) liner facilitates controlled air escape during mounting, enabling faster, smoother plate application. A transparent variant additionally supports quick and reliable hardness identification. The EA liner is available for selected products.
