Product description

tesa® EfficienSeal 6041 is an automation solution for automotive Hole Covering applications.
The end effector can be equipped with different tesa® sealing patches and can be refilled easily by inserting a new roll. By using high quality components, it allows for high application speed and precision. In addition, a pneumatic quick release system enables tool change within seconds, for example for refilling or changing to different sealing patches. By using different roll and patch sizes, one roll can easily cover more than 2,000 holes which drastically improves process efficiency by reducing changeover time. For highest process security multiple sensors monitor all relevant process parameters.
The end effector can be equipped with different tesa Hole Covering patches, e.g.:

  • tesa® 54332 Fireguard for heat shielding or fire barrier applications e.g. battery
  • tesa® 54335 PunctureGuard for demanding exterior applications, e.g. underbody
  • tesa® 54336 flexible black sealing patch for demanding interior applications e.g. passenger comparment floor
  • tesa® 54348 thin conformable patch for less demanding interior applications e.g. pillars
  • tesa® 54349 tough covering patch for less demanding exterior or interior applications, e.g. rocker panel
