Your Tasks

  • Provide technical consultation for in-house development of thermally conductive adhesive systems
  • Develop and design a simulation model for formulation development
  • Provide technical consultation for customer visits and translate customer requirements and applicationsinto tape requirements
  • Develop relevant application tests to characterize thermal management properties in PSA tapes
  • Manage intellectual property related to thermally conductive materials, like publication of patents
  • Visit professional trade fairs to identify trends and establish networks

Your Profile

  • University degreeor PhD inMaterial Science, Physics or Engineering (with focus on Material Science)
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience
  • Experienced in the field of gap pads, TIMs, gap fillers as well as related material know-how
  • Extensive knowledge about thermal management
  • Solid know-how in the area of building block / material development
  • Displaysstrong problem solving skills and an innovative attitude
