Senior (m/f/x) Referent HR Training & Learning

Limited Contract: befristet auf bis zu 1 Jahr

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben

The position is limited to max. 10 months.

  • Determination of demand, conception, coordination and realisationof Training & Learning -especially eLearning and digital Learning Hub–measures
  • Development of further trainings in coordination with national and international HR functions as well as external training institutes
  • Independent conception, planning, implementation and evaluation of innovative and virtual Training & Learning measures (national and international)
  • Development of digital learning formats to complement traditional classroom trainings
  • Qualification-based selection of external training institutes and cooperation partners as well as contract negotiations with extended action and decision-making competence
  • Support and advice for internal training personnel for a didactically high-quality implementation of online + classroom trainings
  • Quality assurance and continuous development of existing programs (including leadership development program, research & development qualification)
  • Promotion of a digital learning strategy and cross-functional project work

Das ist Ihr Profil

  • Master's degree, ideally with a focus on economics or psychology
  • Professional experience -preferably international -in the personnel field or as a trainer / coach (minimum 3 years)
  • Extensive experience and knowledge in the field of digital and virtual learning & development on a global level
  • Strong analytical skills to develop concepts and drive their implementation
  • Experience in HR strategy projects
  • Strong communication skills and high team orientation
  • Confident appearance and cross-national experience with different hierarchical levels up to the board
  • High english language skills
