That's why, as Regional Key User, you do everything you can to further expand our digital B2B business and support our focus Region Europe with innovative ideas. You will work close together with our Global Operations and Roll-Out  Manager for tesa PRO. You are responsible for the improvement of tesa PRO and the first point of contact for issues of Key Users (ISDPS) in Europe. Ensure user support of tesa PRO from a technical perspective. Drive adoption and usage of tesa PRO in Europe.

What you will do

  • Support the Global Roll-out and Operations Manager by acting as multiplier and feedback provider for the Key User Community in Europe
  • Support the Global Roll-out and Operations Manager by analyzing, filtering and recommendation of demands from our users
  • Ensure alignment and communication within the Key users community (Global and local)
  • First point of contact for Key Users in the sales organizations in case of issues
  • Support roll-outs & ensure first level support
  • Coordinate and steer translation and platform setup tasks.
  • Support Key Users when implementing new processes, to spread knowledge appropriately and conduct change
  • Create BI Reporting, Analyze Data (GA) and update Scorecard to report KPIs

  • Analytical skills:  able to simplify complex situation in an easy solution
  • Pragmatic with a bias for implementation
  • Can take the user point of view, strong user experience
  • Strong customer focus and result orientation
  • Not afraid to challenge the status quo and resilient to push the change
  • Very good presentation skills and can convince stakeholders
  • Experience in working in an international matrix organization
  • Seeks collaboration naturally and open and energetic
  • Engaging way of working
  • Experience in the context of the processes of marketing & sales & customer service
  • Experience with BI, data visualization and KPI development and tracking
  • Experience with turning data into insights and communicating these through reports, dashboards and presentations
