About the role
Responsible for UV coating line operations and technical project execution, including experiment design, testing, analysis, and pilot/production trials, while ensuring compliance with IMS/QM, EHS, and 6S standards to drive product and process optimization.
What you will do
- Follow company IMS/QM processes and ensure compliance with EHS and 6S requirements.
- Plan, design, and conduct research projects according to established scientific methods, principles, and theories to solve problems; and improve, or generate new products, components, equipment, systems, and processes.
- Plan and conduct experiments, including method development, lab setup, and sample preparation.
- Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide recommendations.
- Act as key person for UV coating line and coordinate internal and external resources.
- Organize/coordinate pilot and production trials including trouble-shooting; sample analy-sis and trial assessment report.
- Lead or participate in technical projects to ensure timelines and targets are achieved.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in relevant industries (e.g. adhesives, coating, functional films).
- Proven experience in material or adhesive product development with full project cycle exposure.
- Familiar with coating processes; experience in UV coating or solvent-free systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of display industry or functional film applications is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capability, and hands-on mindset.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to travel frequently.
