Senior Manager Corp. Development & Strategy (m/f/d)

• Drive and continuously improve the annual corporate strategy process from planning through implementation follow-up.
• Support Executive Board and senior management with strategic analyses, business cases, decision preparation, and scenario planning.
• Manage and govern the strategic project portfolio, ensuring transparency, prioritization, resource alignment, and delivery of business outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and transformation projects from concept to execution.
• Monitor implementation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive corrective actions where required.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across senior stakeholders, business units, regions, and functions.
• Prepare high-impact management communications, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Leverage modern analytical methods, digital tools, and AI capabilities to enhance strategic decision-making and execution.
  

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or Management.
• 4-6 years in top-tier management consulting.
• Proven experience in strategy development and implementation for complex international organizations, managing multiple strategic projects, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, chemical, automotive, or B2B sectors.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with AI tools and digital technologies for business performance.
• Strong portfolio and project management knowledge.
• Highly proactive, with strong ownership and execution skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including Executive Board and senior leadership.
• Constructive challenger; effective at building cross-functional alignment.
• Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
• Curious, rigorous, data-driven, and entrepreneurial.
• Combines conceptual thinking with practical execution and clear communication.
