1. Support the R&D team in exploring the role of microsphere materials in shock-absorbing tapes. 

2. Develop experimental plans according to project requirements, and complete the preparation and testing of laboratory samples. 

3. Collect and organize experimental data, analyze experimental results, and write experimental reports. Screening and testing of raw materials for synergistic flame-retardant system.

1. Currently pursuing a master's degree in Applied Chemistry, Chemistry, Polysemes or related fields.

2. Possess basic experimental operation skills and understand commonly used laboratory instruments and testing methods.

3. Good data analysis skills, proficient in using office software such as Excel.

4. Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, good at communication and teamwork.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and careful in work, with an innovative mindset.

6. Proficient in English.
