tesa® 54994 are customized die-cut solutions based on material of tesa® 52994
tesa® 52994 is a single sided transparent protection film with a clear gloss aliphatic polyurethan backing, a permanent acrylic adhesive and a polyester liner.

Application Fields

Depending on the car design, there are certain areas that are highly vulnerable to mechanical damage, scratches and corrosion. tesa® 54994 Permanent Paint Protection Films can be applied to protect these high impact areas of the vehicle without changing its design features.
tesa® 54994 is applied to permanently protect sensitive surfaces against strong mechanical forces in interior and exterior applications. It is specially designed for permanent paint protection against stone chipping, abrasion, scratches and corrosion in automotive applications e.g.
