Product description
tesa® 50699 is a green tabbing tape containing a layer of PET backing and a layer of silicone adhesive.
It's used for removing film liner of tesa® ACXplus assortments with a high reliability, which is a good package solution for customer process where tabbing solution is needed.

Additional information:
1) To ensure the tabbing performance, at least one corner of the liner need to be completely covered by the tabbing.
2) Apply with 20 N/cm at 15°C to 40°C preventing air entrapment.
3) Recommended dwelling time is 30 minutes before use.
4) Best performance is achieved by starting tabbing/ liner removal at a very fast speed of about 2 m/s and at an angle less than 45° between liner and tape. For more details please refer to "Tips and Tricks for tesa® ACXplus Tabbing".
- tesa® 50699 is suitable solution as manual tabbing application of tesa® ACXplus assortments, including tesa® 78xx PV29 liner, 778xx PV15 liner and 772xx PV31 liner.
- tesa® 50699 available as film material in log roll with dimension of 985mm x 66m.
