Teamlead Shared Services Accounts Receivables (f/m/x)

• Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all AR transactions in close collaboration with Customer Service.
• Monitoring and analysis the accounts receivable performance metrics, identification and implementation of process improvements and best practices
• Leading and managing a team of ca. 10 accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Managing the daily operations of the accounts receivable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming payments, and reconciliations.
• Resolving any discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivables in a timely manner.
• Collaboration with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Ensuring of compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as external regulations and tax (VAT) laws.
• Assistance with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivables or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and accounts receivables Workflows
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
