Cut a stencil from the sturdy paper using the template. Use the stencil to cut out the pennants from the patterned papers.

For the tassels, cut tissue paper pieces: one 12 x 70 cm strip per tassel. Fold the paper in the middle so that it is 12 x 35 cm and make notches every 1 cm up until 2 cm before the closed edge.

Then, roll the notched paper up to the top edge and press down firmly.

Roll out a strip of tesa extra Power® Perfect cloth tape and attach the pennants and tassels alongside one another on the lower half of the tape. Repeat this process until the garland has reached the desired length. Leave 20 cm free at the beginning and end of the tape.
