Double-sided adhesive tapes are a very elegant fastening solution. The industrial sector, including automotive, electronics, construction, and aerospace, uses them extensively. But consumers also love them because they are lightweight, clean and easy to use. In the past, you had to drill a hole in the tiled wall just to fix a towel hook. Now you can easily attach it with an adhesive strip.

Our tesa® 88623 MP PE foam tape makes the mounting of accessories and light hooks easy. It can be used for signage, smart home devices, phone holders, door and window frames, household items and furniture.
tesa® 88623 MP PE foam tape consists of polyethylene (PE) closed cell foam with a thickness of 1,000 µm. On both sides, the foam is coated with a tackified acrylic adhesive that provides good initial tack as well as high ultimate adhesion. The flexible foam backing conforms to uneven surfaces. Coated with a highly compatible adhesive, it bonds to a variety of different surfaces like tile, glass, wood and ABS as well as PC substrate.
Moreover, the high density foam with high foam strength further enhances the holding performance in multiple application areas. The tape is therefore ideal for the mounting of accessories and light hooks. tesa® 88623 MP PE foam tape with PE coated paper liner, on the other hand, is easily die-cuttable into different sizes and shapes.
