Regional HR Business Partner

The Regional HR Business Partner provides expertise, guideline and a framework to decide and act on people and org topics as a dedicated partner to the assigned Regional BU/Functional Management Team. S/he ensures the implementation of the HR related strategic topics within the BU/Function as well as Harmonization and Optimization of the core HR Processes across the Region.

What you will do

Strategic Responsibility:

  • Provide proactive and strategic consultation to the management team and line managers on organizational – and people development topics by addressing organizational changes, new requirements in organizational structure and impact on capability development
  • Interpret and implement both global and regional Human Resources policies and procedures in the assigned areas
  • Proactively consult on new HR Trends (e.g.in the course of digitalization, new work)  and contribute to the optimization of existing HR tools and processes.
  • Collaboration with the respective Global HR BP, corporate COE functions as well as the other Regional HR functions to avoid building silos
  • Closely cooperate with the EU HR team to ensure proper execution of agreed actions

What you will do:

  • Leadership development: Lead on organizational design and change management, coaching business leaders on its effective implementation
  • Recruitment process: Define requirements for recruitment in the respective stream and be involved in final assessment & decision process for defined positions
  • Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning
  • Salary & Bonus Process: support the Management with the decision making
  • Learning & Development: Identify functional training & development needs, develop training offers and ensure the follow-up process
  • Support the roll-out of corporate training programs within the BU/Function
  • Develop and contribute to a culture of continuous transformation and change
  • Development of the Leadership culture within the BU/Function
  • Support the execution of employee surveys and ensure the follow-up in the BU/Function to drive and improve employee satisfaction and retention
  • Project involvement
  • Being part of organizational/people related projects

What you will need

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, psychology, social sciences or related field
  • Experience in a HR Business Partner role
  • Experience with operational HR, TA and Talent Development
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Data Analysis
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Dealing with change, planning ahead, customer orientation, results focus, striving for self-development
