The Regional HR Business Partner provides expertise, guideline and a framework to decide and act on people and org topics as a dedicated partner to the assigned Regional BU/Functional Management Team. S/he ensures the implementation of the HR related strategic topics within the BU/Function as well as Harmonization and Optimization of the core HR Processes across the Region.
