About the role
Lead new products development and scale up by conducting production trials in tPS production line.
What you will do
- Lead new products development and scale up by conducting production trials in tPS production line. Reports of trial finding, recommendations and improvement plans are expected. Be key responsible engineer for attending Pre-trial, JFX, Project meeting;
- Communicate with Marketing, RD, QA, Production department for assortment related topic;
- Provide technical knowledge and apply problem solving skills to process/quality/EHS related issues;
- Responsible for tape assortment daily operation, in case there are abnormal situation reported by Production and QA, process engineer is responsible to conduct investigation, data collection, trials to verify root cause and ensure preventive actions are properly implemented.
What you will need
- Bachelor or above education in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material or related subjects;
- 3 to 5 year process experience,good written and communication skill in both Chinese and English;
- Adhesive and tape industry is preferred;
- Know general knowledge of quality tools;
- Knowledge and understanding of basic EHS knowledge.
