Junior Project Manager (m/f/x) in PMO -Global Rollout Program

What you will do

We are a well-structured and ambitioned program team that implements S/4HANA in all tesa regions worldwide within multiple rollout projects. Objective is to establish a globally integrated process and systems platform enabling tesa to operate according to joint standards and best practices. Positive attitude, eagerness to learn and grow as well as drive to succeed are essential for us.

In your role you will report to the sunrise IT program management and work closely with the rollout teams in the various regions. Within your daily work you are going to assist and support program managers on their tasks. Be it project planning, progress tracking, coordination of escalation items or preparation of executive management reporting, you will work at the heart of an exciting and functioning global program. You will grow your own skills and prepare to take over even larger responsibility within tesa´s digital roadmap in the future, i.e. junior candidates with the right mindset are also very welcome.

Your tasks:

  • Support key program management activities like planning, rollout project setup or budget management
  • Assist program managers on coordination and administration tasks
  • Set up tools and procedures, e.g. for rollout execution
  • Coordinate project execution activities for example in Testing, Training or Cutover
  • Execute progress tracking and reporting activities
  • Closely collaborate with program management, rollout project leads and the team of experienced Business and IT Consultants
  • Learn and grow to prepare for future role within tesa´s digital roadmap

What you will need

  • Degree in Economics, IT, Engineering, or similar
  • Pragmatic, structured, accurate and result oriented way of working
  • Strong communication skills in international environment
  • Team worker enjoying challenging tasks
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent English and German language skills both verbally and written
  • Experience in SAP projects / IT project management is welcome
