Digital Marketing Customer Experience Strategist

The Digital Customer Experience Strategist will work to enhance the digital experience of our B2B customers in the “Discover” phase as they search for technical solutions. The Digital Customer Experience Strategist will collaborate globally across different geographies, business units, and functional teams in support of our goal to perfect the customer experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Completely map and propose valuable and achievable enhancements to the digital part of tesa’s B2B customer journey with focus on the “Discover” phase 
  • Ensure seamless B2B customer experience to create valuable relationships with our customers via the identification and proposal of solutions to pain points and gaps in the B2B customer experience  
  • Build relationships with the Industry Marketing teams in Business Units and Regions emphasizing this role’s abilities to augment and improve their value delivery to customers
  • Align BU and Regional plans to ensure effective and efficient use of resources 
  • Ensure funnel transparency and manage marketing activities based on data and KPIs  
  • Develop a CX strategy and initiatives roadmap that drive differentiation  
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support the strategy 
  • Implement surveys and other methods of capturing voice of the customer feedback  
  • Must be a thought leader and advocate for tesa’s customer experience especially around “Discovery”

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • Significant business experience with at least 5 years work experience in the B2B Customer Experience field, including CX research, program design, measurements and journey mapping 
  • Proven success in working in a global, diverse organization  
  • Effective at translating strategy into tactical actions  
  • Demonstrated ability to influence business leaders and cross-functional teams  
  • Strong facilitation skills to achieve alignment and clear decision making  
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and perform under pressure  
  • Strong project management and change management skills  
  • Effective at navigating through the matrix and driving business results  
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
