The Account-based Marketing (ABM) Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within specific, targeted accounts and contacts. This position will act as liaison between marketing and sales teams to develop 1:1, and 1: few tactics designed to penetrate targeted accounts.
The ABM Specialist recommends and builds marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics.
Develop content (e.g., sales documentation, product videos, website copy, blog posts, and other forums) to articulate the benefits of our products to the world.
Pursue and nurture leads until qualified
Learn target market’s pain points and dive deep into their niche
Set up meetings for outside sales with qualified prospects
Plan and execute the market strategies focused on product adoption and overall success of our existing and prospective customers
Measure and report on the success of campaigns & optimize approach based on real-time analytics and data
Develop and implement lead generation and pipeline acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts and contacts
Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to content development and inbound marketing efforts.
Deliver training and tools to our sales team to help them be more efficient and effective.
5+ years professional experience in marketing, sales or other relevant position
Fluent in English & Spanish
Experience with solution-based selling or marketing of pressure sensitive adhesive tapes preferred
Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns using tactics that include live events, webinars, digital advertising, and social networking preferred.
Experience building, launching and reporting on campaigns preferred
Experience with targeting, segmentation to build prospect lists for demand gen campaigns.
Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Proven track record for articulating a product/service and building rapport with prospects
Ability to pinpoint customer pain points and accurately assess the transactional value for both the company and customer
Self-motivated, tenacious, confident, independent and strong attention to detail
Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate proactively
Ability to connect fluently over the phone and digital channels in both Spanish and English
