Securing Shelves and Bins for Transport
Fixation with tape during transport prevents damage to glass shelves in particular as well as to loose bins and other small parts.
Shelves, loose bins and other small parts can be kept in place during transport using strapping tape. Damages to parts, especially glass shelves, during transport can be avoided by using a strong adhesive tape, which can be remove without leaving residue.
The tapes used should have a high tensile strength to stop rattling and not tear.
