You will assist the European Leadership Team by scheduling, coordinating, and preparing meetings, meeting rooms, and/or business trips
You are responsible for the creation of accounts payable, entry of purchase orders, processing of workflows as well as recording of working hours and travel expenses
You will manage daily office operations incl. business cards, post, anniversairies, e-mail distribution lists and ad-hoc requests
As Key User for common administrative IT packages (e.g. SAP Concur, SAP Ariba, Employee Self Service, Travel Management) you will be responsible for onboarding, assisting and consulting our employees in respective requests
You will support internal customers in the planning and execution of events, trainings, and meetings including all corresponding tasks (e.g. travel, local transportation, accommodation, catering, invitations, agenda preparation, technical checks)
You are responsible for the preparation and execution of virtual European events, by closly collaborating with European stakeholders and ensuring technical excellence
You will lead the European SharePoint community as well as maintain, promote, and optimize the SharePoint and its utilization
You will support internal customers in the coordination of and/or drive internal digital projects, including alignment and execution of related communication plans and/or change initiatives
You have successfully finished a commercial apprenticeship or university degree
You have 2-3 years of relevant working experience in an international setting
You are passionate about digitalization and have a high affinity for digital projects
You are confident in handling the MS-Office standard tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS-Teams, SharePoint)
You have a high level of initiative and independent working style
You are a strong communicator and team work is important to you
You have a strong customer and service orientation
You have very good English and German skills (additional European languages are beneficial)
You have ideally already worked with SAP/Pure and additional IT system
