About the role

In this position you will be accountable for:

  • Increase sales and margin/profitability for portfolio with maximum focus on assigned A&B accounts
  • Support and deploy the strategy bottom up for RKAM of OEM/OES
  • Generate a Key Account Plan where strategic long-term account development is required
  • Set up activity plan in line with segment strategy (Account Plan)
  • Is fully responsible for the long-term management and its final decision maker
  • Builds up/expands the customer relationship with the aim of achieving the agreed sales and margin target figures
  • Identity new opportunities, manage & implement projects and sales pipeline
  • Provide fact-based information and customer access to improve the Marketing mix and complement the technology/product pipeline

What you will do

  • Continuous development of project pipe-line quality achieving the set KPIs for Weighted Project Potential and value of WON Projects.
  • Manage projects and claims
  • Collect and maintain accurate customer\project data within the CRM system
  • Negotiate listings, activities, prices and services based on the existing tesa offer
  • Takes a specific business development role to develop new customers\markets
  • Is responsible for the development of new account\converters, starting from a very low level of penetration
  • Deployment of new product launches with responsibility for the specification process / listings in the assigned market segments
  • Identifies and develops new potential customers covering all aspects of respective value chains.
  • Elaborate the global business possibilities with international KAs and collaborate in the discussion and implementation of the global sales approach with the international teams.
  • Manage and define the pricing in agreement with the HoS

What you will need

Educational qualifications

University degree (engineering, economics, business administration) or equivalent

Relevant experience

  • > 5 years of experience in Sales positions in a multinational company
  • Marketing experience is a plus
  • International experience preferred
  • Know how from the specific segment businesses or equivalent businesses e.g. service companies

  • Ability to lead a virtual team
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
