HR Generalist

Principal Accountabilities/Main functions
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource information, material, files and records
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, training records for IATF compliance  
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring and onboarding of qualified job applicants for open positions
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; annual reviews, performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
  • Maintains compliance with federal, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance
  • Management of service contracts in general and controls dates of maturity and renewal of contracts of services purchased by ttM
  • Responsibility for office facilities management as well as fleet management
  • Oversight for planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and retirement celebrations
  • General support of office administrative functions
  • Other duties as assigned

Hiring Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resources or related field and 4+-years relevant experience
  • Required:  Advanced Proficiency in English; both verbal and written communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to manage sensitive situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy while maintaining confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.  Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  English proficiency required
  • Able and willing to travel up to 25% of the time both domestic and international
