Product management for the "Masking" product group with the highest turnover
Personnel responsibility for one product manager
Planning & implementation of international marketing and sales strategies and their implementation
Interface and control function between tesa SE and its affiliates and the individual functions within tesa SE
Positioning and pricing of the product ranges
Development, planning, and monitoring of the business plan for the Masking product/market segment
Development of new products - from the phase of identifying an idea, through product development, to market launch and further marketing activities within the first few years after market launch
Arrangement of market activities in close cooperation with sales and the regions (such as trainings or customer events)
Conducting market and competition studies with the aim of developing new application and market segments on the basis of new or existing products
Developing international communication concepts and materials
Successfully completed business administration, marketing-oriented, economics or technical university or technical college degree
At least five years of relevant professional experience (B2B marketing or sales for technical products requiring explanation)
Ideally international (professional) experience
Very good written and spoken English, ideally knowledge of other foreign languages
High level of self-motivation, assertiveness, team spirit and very good communication skills
Analytical skills and process-oriented way of thinking, systematic approach in dealing with complex issues
Strategic planning, conceptual skills and international mindset, experience in project management
Experience in customer contact management in cooperation with the sales organisation
Experience in internal coordination of all involved functions, e.g. sales, supply chain, purchasing, plants (production), R&D and regions
It is required that the International Product Manager is available for business trips for a minimum of 4 weeks per year. The duration of the business trips of at least one week must be guaranteed.
