Product description
tesa® 5012 is a specilized masking tape coming with high temperature resistance featuring a fine and durable crepe paper backing in bright green, complemented by a natural rubber adhesive. This expert masking tape is well-suited for spray painting including elevated drying temperatures as well as various general-purpose applications including holding, sealing, fixing, and color coding. It offers temperature resistance up to 248°F (120°C) for one hour, making it ideal for subsequent oven drying processes with elevated temperatures. It is hand-tearable, easy to remove and resistant to wet sanding. The Expert Masking Tape is recommended for transportation sectors such as marine, train, truck and various others where a strong adhesion and durability is required to hold large and heavy masks. It comes with strong tear resistance to prevent backing shredding for one-piece-removal.
