Teamlead Talent Acquisition (m/f/x)

What you will do

We are on a growth path and want to strengthen our Recruiting & Employer Branding team. As part of our Talent Management and Organisational Development team we manage the recruitment of > 150 talents per year - from young professionals to top management, from chemists to SAP specialists.

  • Develop, manage and advise a team of highly motivated talent acquisition managers as well as internal and external stakeholders (e.g. HR consultants/ service providers)
  • Ensure an efficient, service-oriented and standardized recruitment process from both the company's and the candidate's point of view based on an excellent candidate experience
  • Identify and approach potential candidates and support them throughout the hiring process
  • Develop individual and target group specific sourcing strategies for complex job profile requirements
  • Further pushing the local Employer Branding activities in line with future business challenges
  • Continuously optimize and develop internal processes as well as process-relevant standards, instruments, and systems for the recruiting process
  • Monitor and evaluate sourcing trends, market data and recruiting KPI's in order to identify and select innovative media and efficient sourcing channels.

What you will need

  • Relevant professional experience and passion for recruiting and Employer Branding activities
  • Broad experience in active sourcing and/or recruiting as well as in the direct approach of candidates with focus on high candidate centricity
  • Passion to inspire and develop people
  • Profound knowledge of career networks, in particular Linkedin, and all sourcing channels
  • Familiar with the analysis and evaluation of data-driven recruiting and EB KPI's
  • Social media and networking affinity
  • fluent in Business English
