The holding power of the tesa® Power.Kit technology is up to six kilograms for the toilet paper holders. By comparison, a roll of toilet paper weighs about 120 grams.

Can the roll holders be placed elsewhere again?

Yes! The toilet roll holders with Power.Kit technology can be easily removed without leaving any residue and without damaging the wall or the holder. So you can easily reattach the roll holder to another place. To do this, you only need to buy the adapter kit again. You can find the right adapters via our adapter finder.

By the way: Our towel hooks for gluing are ideal for door mounting, especially in small bathrooms in rented apartments, as they can also be removed again without leaving any residue or damage.

Where in the bathroom should you place the roll holder?

Simply place the roll holder where it is convenient for you to reach from the toilet! The toilet paper holder should be easily accessible without stretching, turning or standing up.common mounting height is 75 to 95 centimeters. The optimal distance to the side is about 45 centimeters.

If you follow the assembly instructions, you will have a lot of fun with your new tesa® adhesive toilet paper holder. We promise you that!

  1. Clean the surface very thoroughly: Once you have found the suitable place for mounting the toilet paper holder, you should clean this area intensively. Only on surfaces that are free of dust, grease, lime and dry will the combination of adhesive mass and adapter achieve maximum holding power. Use a clean, soft cloth for basic cleaning. Please do not use any non-stick cleaning agents or cleaners containing silicone, as these substances impair the adhesive effect. After basic cleaning, clean with rubbing alcohol. If you want to be on the safe side, wipe the area again with a dry, soft and clean cloth.
  2. Stick the adapter to the wall: First remove the protective film of the adhesive ring. Press the adapter firmly to the surface for a few seconds. Be careful not to touch the adhesive surface of the adapter with your fingers. Otherwise, new grease could get onto the surface and reduce the load-bearing capacity.
  3. Fill the adapter with the adhesive: Place the wing of the applicator on the applicator. Open the applicator at its tip with a twisting motion. Now hold the applicator in the larger opening of the adapter. Now carefully squeeze the adhesive out of the applicator and fill the ring with the adhesive until it appears at the smaller hole of the adapter. Important: Please do not press or touch the adapter now! This could create cavities that impair the holding force.
  4. Allow the adhesive to cure and mount the toilet paper holder: To ensure maximum holding force, please wait 12 hours. Then the adhesive will be completely cured. If adhesive mass protrudes from the sides of the adapter, you can carefully remove it. Now attach the toilet paper holder to the adapter. For most product groups, the enclosed Allen key will help you to do this.
