What You’ll Own:
Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Support team across multiple countries
Oversee the full order-to-invoice cycle, ensuring smooth operations and top-tier service
Drive process improvements, digitalization, and harmonization across the region
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain & Finance to deliver seamless customer experiences
Analyze KPIs, resolve issues, and implement impactful changes
Be a key player in international projects and transformation initiatives

What you will need
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or similar
5+ years in customer service, operations, or supply chain—ideally in a multinational setting
Proven leadership and people development skills
Strong analytical mindset and digital fluency (SAP SD, CRM, Esker, MS Office)
Excellent English (C1+), Native Czech is a must
Willingness to travel across Europe
