tesa® 61170 EasySplice® CalenderLine Premium is a repulpable double-sided integrated flying splice tape consisting of a flat-back paper and a modified water soluble acrylic adhesive
tesa® 61170 EasySplice® CalenderLine Premium features especially:
- Very high shear strength
- Very high heat resistance
- Very good adhesion values on coated paper
- Good adhesion values on uncoated paper
- High tack properties
- Low splice thickness
- Good repulpability over full pH-range (pH3 –pH9)
Following functions are provided:
- Slit liner for the secure fixation of the top paper roll layer
- Adhesive formulation adjusted to high temperature and pressure requirements with sufficient tack properties for good contact between expiring web and new reel
- One splitting strip with paper backing, with low splitting force for a smooth and easy opening of the new paper reel without having open adhesive residues
