Both specialty and premium cloth tapes are manufactured to be highly temperature resistant, highly resistant to abrasion, and have longitudinal and horizontal tear edges. While they both share many characteristics, the mesh of speciality tape is generally tighter than that of premium cloth tapes.

A universal adhesive solution, removable duct tape is great for general and temporary applications. Duct tape has a lower tensile strength, making it easier to tear than gaffer, premium or speciality tapes.
Ideal for temporary application and adhesive even on rough surfaces, gaffer tapes can be removed quickly, easily, and without leaving residue after usage.
