Management change at tesa: Dr. Kourosh Bahrami succeeds Dr. Norman Goldberg

tesa, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany and a leading manufacturer of adhesive solutions worldwide, including across North America with regional headquarters in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is announcing a significant global leadership change. Effective October 1, 2025, Dr. Kourosh Bahrami will become Chairman of the Executive Board, succeeding Dr. Norman Goldberg. 

Dr. Bahrami brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience, including time spent in the United States, and most recently led the LOCTITE industrial adhesives business at Henkel. In his new role, Dr. Bahrami will oversee all of tesa’s global operations, guiding the company’s strategy and growth across North America, Europe, Asia, and beyond.

Outgoing CEO Dr. Norman Goldberg has played a pivotal role in transforming tesa into a global adhesive solutions company, with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and technical excellence. Under his leadership, tesa has expanded its international footprint and strengthened its position in the North American market.
