Product description
tesa® 7494 is a 10mm-thick irradiation cross-linked polyethylene closed cell foam tape with an acrylic adhesive on one side. Irradiation cross-linking ensures consistently high quality. The closed cell foam makes it suitable for keeping out dust and water, while the acrylic adhesive allows for easy application on various surface materials. tesa® 7494 foam tape is soft, conformable and suitable for use on uneven surfaces. The strong acrylic adhesive ensures an excellent hold on polar surfaces and high temperature and ageing resistance. tesa® 7494 complies with the FMVSS 302 flame-retardant standard.
