Product description
The tesa® 50601 is a 3mm thick single sided PVC nitrile closed cell foam tape with an acrylic adhesive. The foam 'skinned', which creates an abrasion resistant layer, particularly suited where contact with sharp or rough surfaces will occur such as in enclosure doors. The PVC nitrile foam is highly conformable while also offering a low compression set, which allows the foam to return to its original state even after long periods of compression.
The closed cell foam allows tight sealing from dust and water, while the acrylic adhesive features easy application to various surfaces. The foam tape backing is soft and conformable, making it well suited for use on uneven surfaces. The robust foam is resistant to weathering, tearing and abrasion and offers excellent resistance to temperatures from -10°C to 80°C. tesa 5060 Series is available in 3mm, 6mm, 9mm and 12mm thicknesses.
